Welcome! I am so excited to support you in building your business your way.

Before we begin, please take a moment to read through these terms. They exist to make sure we both have total clarity, clear boundaries, and a smooth, supportive working relationship.

By joining the membership or booking a Coffee into Content or 1:1 strategy session with Sarah FryJones, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. General Principles

Sarah FryJones provides marketing strategy, visibility support, content guidance, and coaching for business owners.

This is a collaborative, human-first space designed to help you clear out the clutter, get your messaging sorted, and get seen. You remain 100% responsible for executing, building, and running your own business assets.

2. The Membership Terms

Subscription & Billing: The membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis starting on the day you sign up. Payment is processed automatically each month using your chosen payment method.

Cancellations: There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

Access Upon Cancellation: Once you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After that date, your access to the membership workspace, call links, library, and community spaces will automatically end.

Refunds: Membership subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Community Expectations: Our live calls and community spaces are supportive, quiet, and friendly. We have zero tolerance for spam, aggressive sales pitching, or disrespectful behavior. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the community space who violates these standards without a refund.

3. Coffee into Content & 1:1 Strategy Sessions

What Is Included:

Coffee into Content: A 1-hour live chat (over Zoom or in person in Whitchurch) followed by a full month of custom social media captions written in your authentic voice.

1:1 Strategy Sessions: A focused live clarity and strategy session via Zoom or in person.

Payments & Pricing: All fees must be paid in full prior to our scheduled session or meetup. Payments are non-refundable once our live session or chat has taken place, as this covers the time, expertise, and personalized work prepared for you.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice by emailing [email protected] or using the booking link. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely without notice, may be forfeited at my discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Ideas: Everything you share about your business, ideas, and strategies remains 100% your intellectual property and is kept completely confidential.

My Frameworks: Any templates, guides, worksheets, or custom frameworks provided inside the membership or sessions are for your personal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

5. Results & Guarantee

While I am fully committed to giving you actionable strategy, total clarity, and dedicated support, your business success ultimately depends on your own execution, audience, and market factors. I cannot guarantee specific financial earnings or business outcomes.
